Project Overview
Although Beijing, the capital of China lacks water, people there are very wasteful. This is because Chinese government transfers huge amounts of water from the south to Beijing, called the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. On the contrary, other northern cities without such political support still suffer from the water shortage problem. To reveal such environmental injustice, I re-designed a traditional park incorporating AR technology, telling visitors the significant difference in water resource allocation and appealing for attention.
